Why not ALL the blog posts?
I have this BlogSpot blog and they always restrict the number of posts they give in the RSS to 25. But there is a way to get them all like this: http://myblog.blogspot.com/feeds/post... I tried it in AideRSS and it returns an error. I finally found that using 500 instead of 1000000 worked, but still it didn't import all my posts. I would love to use and promote your service, but since my best posts are older, there is no real use of displaying just the latest good reading.

Siderite, we limit the number of stories you can import by default, but we can certainly try processing your backlog for you. The link you shared seems to point to an empty blog, let me know what your blog URL is and we'll see what we can do.

Inappropriate?Ah, it was a general link. My blog is http://siderite.blogspot.com and the rss link is http://siderite.blogspot.com/feeds/po... But then is the problem with the widget that can only display the posts for the last year. How about an 'all' keyword next to 'year','month','week' ?

Inappropriate?Siderite, we'll see what we can do in the import. For the widget, currently 'year' is the largest period we support, but 'all' is a good idea. Hmm! :)

Inappropriate?Ian, this is not a bug, it's the fundamental feature of RSS (as in, RSS feeds only carry the most recent information, it's not a medium to archive all posts). If you have a blog for which you would like to import a backlog, let us know what the URL is and we can take a closer look at it.

Ahh, ok, so the oldest article on your blog should be from February 20, 2008, but I'm only seeing articles go back to May 16, 2008 in your feed. I'll have one of the developers take a look and let you know once we know what the issue is. -
