AirSet for Dummies Pop-up

Just discovered a user issue. Some folks have been viewing our calendar and had no idea they could hover the cursor over the event to get more info. How hard would it be to include a pop-up that appears automatically when you come to a screen that explains what you do with that particular screen. On a calendar screen: "Point cursor to an event for more details." Or when you come to the RSVP screen: "Click on your name to change your status. You can select..." Make the pop-up with a "Don't show this to me again" option for when you know what you're doing, but maybe still keep it accessible via an icon or something. Some of our users go through the "I don't know what to do" panic attack with every unfamiliar screen and sometimes give up. Think of this as an "AirSet for Dummies" feature for every screen that users have to interact with.
