    @duzins, @penguinasana, @suzanneyada, I saw your Twitter tweets about AirSet in the "Overheard" section on Get Satisfaction. I'd like to clear the air in this forum regarding your comments.

    First of all, AirSet is a legitimate business and we do not send SPAM emails to our customers. @suzanneyada referred to a "SPAM on the OCR list", we are unaware of such emails, I've sent a tweet to @duzins in an effort to better understand the issue. But overall, I'd like some insight as to why you are calling us a "spammer."

    Our users in this community forum will agree that AirSet provides a valued personal information management and group collaboration solution to our users. We provide a service that help people communicate and coordinate their businesses and other important functions in their lives.

    In the recent days, we have been unexpected blocked by Yahoo! Mail even though our business practices have not changed. Our engineering team is trying very hard to communicate with Yahoo!. We want to get to a speedy resolution for the sake of our users -- who depend on our service to send out event reminders and daily schedule summaries. However, we are still waiting for Yahoo! to answer our question as to "exactly why our service is blocked." As of now, we have not received a definitive answer.

    I read in @duzins bio that you are an employee of Yahoo!. If you have information about why our service is blocked, it would be really great if you could share this with us here. Tweeting about AirSet being a spammer isn't going to help us understand what is missing in our service, or help the thousands of AirSet users who are waiting for Yahoo!'s responses so that AirSet can resolve this issue.

    My twitter account is my personal account and I do not represent my company when I tweet, especially late at night ;) If you've been pegged as spam by them, you might want to check out help.yahoo.com. There's a 'contact us' link in the Mail area that can get you to the proper team.

    The Airset spam came into a community group, The San Francisco Online Community Meetup group has absolutely nothing to do with cloud computing. The post was blatant spam.

    Our group is referred to as 'Dear Group' in the email (no research done on who he was spamming) and this post screams form-letter spam. Whether or not Airset is a reputable company is not what I tweeted about. I said they spammed, and by the way, I only initially said that in response via email to the group. Members of the group saw my email response and tweeted that they thought it was spam too. My opinion is whether or not you think it's spam really doesn't matter, but if the people you are trying to sell to think it's spam, then you have a problem.

    This exact letter was sent to the San Francisco Entrepreneurs for Coworking Meetup. The letter was equally off-topic and inappropriate there.

    If Airset wants to be considered a legitimate company, then they should stop sending spam to people who have never indicated that they would want it.

    @duzins, first of all, thank you for your reply and clarification. We have been trying to resolve our email issues and following all possible channels in finding out what we can do to to fix the problem.

    The email did come from one of our marketing associates. Though I'm sure his intention was purely to introduce a group solution to groups that may have find the AirSet service useful, the targeting, execution, and delivery of such emails could and should be improved!

    @duzins, @yesteray, as a company, we are going to do better at providing relevant information to our potential markets. I hope you can look beyond this one email and evaluate our service as it really is. And hopefully you will find that AirSet really does provide value to groups.

    Sherrie, no harm done. Hopefully this was what was at the bottom of Airset being blocked and you can let any companies know that was blocking it that the issue has been addressed. Good luck and no hard feelings. Cheers.
