Inappropriate?Sorry guys, we did indeed experience an outage, which we've collected some data around for further analysis. The servers are back up now, but our deepest apologies for the earlier inconvenience.

Inappropriate?As of this morning, I can no longer access AirSet from FireFox. The site simply never loads at all. It works fine under IE8. I updated FF to 3.5.1, but that didn't help. Also deleted cache, cookies, Windows Vista temp files, restarted FF, no good.
Suggestions?

I'm not seeing any problems with Firefox on either Windows Vista or the Mac, you might try rebooting your machine. -
Brian, did that too. I'm not sure what happened here. I did install a Skype update this morning, though, I wonder if that could have been it. I can load AirSet in an embedded IE8 window, so at least I have a workaround.

Brian, I can confirm that disabling the Skype Firefox plugin solves the problem. I need to do more testing, but this happens with Firefox 3.x and version 4.1.0.141 of Skype.

Are you also using our Firefox plug-in AirSet Connector?

Brian, I have been using the AirSet Connector, but I disabled it during troubleshooting and the problem still existed even after clearing cache, cookies, restarting, and rebooting.
