Inappropriate?Hi Jeff, you can set up either a personal intranet or a group intranet with Web Publish and then place RSS reader widgets on a page of your intranet with feeds from whatever news or weather service you want. For new users we now provide a sample intranet wtih RSS news feed widgets for the NYT and ESPN. Here's a page from the new Personal Intranet:
To do this yourself:
- Go to your favorite widget site, like Google gadgets for your website and search for an RSS reader widget you like, customize it, get the code.
- Return to AirSet and create a page on your intranet in Web Publish and insert the AirSet html gadget on the page (available from the edit toolbar in Web Publish, click on the menu item Insert > Widgets(HTML).
- In the dialog that appears paste the code you copied from the gadget site.
- Go to your favorite widget site, like Google gadgets for your website and search for an RSS reader widget you like, customize it, get the code.
