Confirmation code not received
Trying to set up AIRSET for the first time on a Verizon ENV2. Downloaded the software and went thru the screens until it said I would receive a confirmation code. I never got it. Double checked the phone number and password. I get normal text messages fine.

Are you still experiencing problems receiving your confirmation code?
If you can send us an e-mail via Feedback (either logging into your account and going to Start > Help and Support > Feedback or just clicking on the feedback link on the homepage www.airset.com), I'll be more than happy to provide you the confirmation code. I'm just unwilling to provide it over a public forum for everyone to see. You can direct the Feedback email to me.
If it's not the confirmation code, you might want to try and make sure you chose the correct Carrier and try re-sending the confirmation via SMS.
