How can I get my Outlook "all day" calendar events to sync with AirSet?
"All day" calendar events that are originally posted on my Outlook calendar do not sync to AirSet. In contrast, "all day" calendar events originally posted on AirSet do sync to Outlook. How can I fix this?

This seems odd, we haven't seen this before. Can you tell me a little more about what's happening? Do you get any errors, or does everything sync just fine but you notice that all day events aren't appearing after the sync?
I’m hoping we can get to the bottom of this

Inappropriate?Everything syncs just fine, except for the "all day" events that I post at work on Outlook. After noticing this today, I entered two new events on the same day, one as an "all day" event and another as a time-scheduled event, and synced again. Only the time-scheduled event appeared on my AirSet calendar, not the "all day" event. Curiously, all of my "all day" events that I post from home on AirSet have synced just fine onto my Outlook calendar at work. Go figure .... -

That's very odd indeed. To figure out what's happening, we'll need a log of the sync immediately after adding a pair of new events to Outlook as you describe here. To create a sync log, see the help manual entry Creating a Sync Log. Contact us via the AirSet Menu > Help and Support > Send Feedback link for an email address to send this to.

Inappropriate?Unfortunately, no. I have stopped using the "all day" option as a workaround. I had trouble creating a sync log, but I will try again, as I am now experiencing additional problems with my Outlook sync.
