It sounds like you may have created a second account. We can fix this, but you will have to send us a feedback email with your email address so that we can find your account.

There is a feedback link at the bottom of the AirSet home page at www.airset.com. Or, you can sign in and click the Start menu, then choose "Help and Support" -> "Feedback".
