Inappropriate?Brain,
This is a bit frustrating. Why after such a long development have we not come through the mac-airset sync process. I have been waiting for us to turn the corner on this for so long, and now that we have seriously stepped it up a notch with the premium service, which by the way I think is quite appropriately priced, I don't see why such a handy service as this cannot sync with my mac.
I have been using Airset since the first day it was offered, but I have gone away and back a few times primarily because it doesn't talk with my calendars without some effort. I honest want to make the leap to the paid service, but I know I will probably go back to old habits because the sync with my mac is not as effortless as it should be.

Inappropriate?@Rupert - sorry for the frustrations. It's simply a matter of so many things to work on and so little time. I am curious as to why just working in AirSet is not satisfactory to you. Why do you want to work in iCal or the Mac Address book?

Inappropriate?Fair question Brian - Airset scratches most of the productivity itches that I have, but since I use my mac calendar for alerts in several productivity softwares, I loose that connection with Airset.
For instance - I have a mind-mapping program that I use for planning and brainstorming and from time to time I set up tasks with it; I also have another program that I use for project planning and tracking, both talk with my mac calendar and task list as well. I have my mac calendar setup to send me alerts, much like Airset does, when items are coming due.
If I can only have Airset talk to my mac, then I won't have to recreate all my alerts in Airset, so that I can work on them wherever I am. I am totally sold on Airset's Internet Desktop concept...it is absolutely brilliant; the reality of it is, however, that I can't operate at this point too far from some of my regular desktop programs.
I know the universe of Outlook users are much greater than Mac calendar user (but we all know that is changing), so I understand that such realities will/might most likely drive the direction of development among other things; I think however, that the reach of Airset can only be enhanced by building a better bridge to mac - you've done it already for win/pc...its full time for the mac.
Just my 2 cents Brian...thanks for a great product.

Thanks for the explanation, it helps add weight to making this a priority. I'm a Mac user myself, but I only use iCal as a conduit via subscriptions to my AirSet calendars to get that data into my iPhone, but I can see that if a user like yourself has multiple apps that interact with iCal but not AirSet, you really need the full sync. -
