Inappropriate?Could you give us more information such as from which link the user tried to register, or which browser the user was using?

I'm having the same problem. I invited people to join my group, they received the message but when they follow the link on the message and try to register they get a 500 Error. They are using Firefox on Windows XP and already tried using https and deleted cookies. They also tried to register directly from the AirSet home page but got the same error. -
Inappropriate?I actually thought this was working but it is still happening. I was able to create one test account but now I am experiencing the same thing.
The user tried to use the link from the main page and tried to use a link from the invitation that was sent to him. Both methods return the same error. I have attempted this using the newest Firefox and IE8 with no joy. -
Inappropriate?Thank you for the information update. However, I cannot reproduce the situation with either Firefox or IE8.
If you and the user are using proxy server, the cache could do something bad because the recent update has changed the process of registration. If so, will you try not to use proxy or clear the cache?
If this is not the case, will you clear the cache of the browser and the cookies for airset.com and try one more time?
If neither of these fixes, please send me a feedback mail from the main menu, "Help and Support > Feedback"
Also, please note my name.

Inappropriate?I have gotten the account I was having problems with setup finally. It seems I had entered in the mobile number even though it says its not required. I didn't select a carrier though. I tried this morning to create the account without the mobile number and got the same error I had been getting previously. After I entered in the number without selecting a carrier it worked. What is weird is that I had another new user create an account 4 days ago without entering the mobile number and it worked. Maybe it was a combination of the data entered for this specific user?

Inappropriate? There was a problem in the combination of some character choices, but it should have been fixed on Tuesday.
However, it seems this didn't fix all of your problems.
Will you send me a feedback from the main menu in AirSet, "Help and Support > Feedback"? I would like to ask you more details of the sample fail case.
Please note my name or your handle name, kaizoku, in the feedback.

Inappropriate?I am still having this problem. Please fix as soon as possible.

Inappropriate?Hi Leighann,
I'm sorry to hear that you are still having this problem. We have been unable to reproduce that error since the site was updated with the fix.
To look at this more closely, we'll need some additional information. Please use the "Feedback" link at the bottom of our home page at www.airset.com to start the conversation.
