Phone sync on Env2
I've installed Airset Mobile on my new Env2 phone. The web sync worked fine...Airset Mobile has all my Airset contacts and calendar entries. But...the phone sync doesn't seem to work. I can't get the Airset Contacts synced with the phone contacts. When I try to do so, I get the error message: "Error synchronizing contacts with phone. OK to continue."

We have tested the enV and enV2 with up to 500 contacts and they both can handle that volume, sync'ing to the native address book.
Could it be that your phone memory is maxed out ? For example, if you have music / photos stored on the device, that may limit the number of contacts it can store. -
Inappropriate?I haven't added any photos or music to my phone. One thing I've noticed is that although my contacts in Airset on the web look fine, there are *many* duplicates in Airset on my phone. When I try to do a manual Phone Sync, it briefly flashes "Saving Data 0/1113." (I have fewer than 500 contacts in Outlook.) Is there any way to easily delete all the Airset contacts on my phone?

Inappropriate?Fixed this myself. Jim's note made me think that there were just too many contacts in Airset Mobile. Here's what I did: 1) I deleted all my contacts from Airset on the web. 2) I synched Airset Mobile on my phone with Airset on the Web. 3) I synched my PC with Airset on the Web, replying "no" when it asked if I wanted to delete all the contacts from Outlook that had been deleted from Airset on the Web. This basically repopulated Airset on the web with my Outlook contacts. 4) I synched Airset Mobile on my phone again. At the end of the synch, Airset Mobile automatically synched itself with my phone's contacts.
