Sharing Calendars doesn't work anymore
Ever since the Airset change my husband can only see his calendar and the family calendar, not mine or the kids' calendars. He never got around to telling me this until today. I can see everyone's. What's the point of having all of these calendars if he can't see them all together?

Inappropriate?Susan,
This is Mark, from AirSet. We currently don't have any known issues like the one you describe, which doesn't help you immediately but should give us both confidence that this is probably a configuration problem which will be easy to fix.
Can you fill me in with a little more detail on the login emails (don't need passwords at this point) and web computers involved, as well as the details of one specific event on one of the kid's calendars which you believe your husband should be able to see? You can send those to me directly at mark.porter@airsetinc.com . If you also send me the password for your husband and the kid's accounts, I am sure I can pin down the problem even faster, but that is up to you. If you wish, change your password to something different before you send it.
I'll look forward to hearing from you, either here or in email.
Thanks,
Mark
I’m happy to help

Inappropriate? Thanks for using AirSet and being such a loyal customer. You've been with AirSet a long time!
Also, thanks for your patience today. I planned on getting back to you yesterday and have finally gotten through a backlog. We try to be more responsive than this, and I apologize.
Now, on to your problem:
The problem is that when we changed the user interface in December, some things changed that were not obvious to long-time AirSet users. Right now, your husband sees SOME events on the Family web computer calendar, but not all. He only sees the ones in which he is a participant. If he wants to see ALL of the events on the Family web computer, he needs to:
1) Log into AirSet on his personal web computer.
2) AirSet->Calendar
3) Change to the Family web computer (use the dropdown in the upper left, it will say <his name="true">, click on it and select "Family")
4) Share the Family calendar back to his personal web computer: Click on the "Calendar" menu item, select "Share", check "Personal", select "Save".
5) Switch back to his own personal web computer via the upper left dropdown menu (Family-><his name="true">)
6) He will now be able to see all of the Family events in his personal web computer.
Finally, I did want to mention that you weren't the only user who has had issues with the changeover to the web computer model, and we will be working over the coming months to preserve the extra power and capabilities which it gives while at the same time making it simpler to use. For example, I just had a discussion with the engineer about your issue, and he already had some ideas for how to make this much clearer - so thanks for taking the time to report your feedback; it will help AirSet become a better product for everybody.
Thanks for using AirSet and for your patience yesterday and today!
Mark
