Trouble synchronizing contacts
I have two computers that utilize Outlook 2003 to maintain contacts. I use Airset to sychronize these contacts between them. When one computer modifies a contact and synchronizes with Airset, and that contact is shared - editable with the web computer that the other computer syncs with. I see the change in AirSet, and it correctly identifies the date when it changed, but the sync S/W doesn't appear to trigger this update in Outlook on the other computer. If I manually change that contact in AirSet it then does appear in Outlook after re-synching. It just appears that for some reason the sync S/W isn't recognizing a changed record properly.

The problem you described sounds like a bug, but we'll have to verify and look into it.
