Trouble Using the desktop sync client to synchronize Outlook and AirSet contacts
In Outlook, I can enter data in the "User" fields and after synching with the desktop synch client, the information is picked up and stored in the AirSet contact, which is great. However, when I change the data in the field inside of Outlook, the change is not picked up by the sync client, so it does not change in the AirSet contact field.
This would not be a huge problem, except that I cannot find a place to edit all of the fields in the AirSet contacts. I can edit basic fields, but other fields are not displayed after selecting "edit."
Any ideas to correct this problem (other than completely deleting the contact from both places (Outlook and AirSet, and re-entering all of the contact's data and synchronizing it again)?
Thanks,
Jim

Inappropriate? This problem is fixed in the new Contact application, which will be in this coming release.

Inappropriate? This is a partial fix. Now I can enter data into additional fields in AirSet, but that data is not sync'ed to Outlook. Since I can't carry AirSet with me on my laptop...I really need it to sync accurately to Outlook.
I’m keepin' it on the radar

Inappropriate?Sorry for the trouble. This is reported to our Sync engineer.
