When I download files, the zip files fails when I try to open it.
The process of downloading multiple files is very slow. When I try to extract the zip file, my system hangs. What am I doing wrong.

Inappropriate?Sorry for the trouble. Downloaded file could sometimes be damaged due to the network condition. But I have no idea how damaged zip file could hang a system. If you try the same download action, is the result the same?

"hang" was probably the wrong term. My system slows when I try to extract a downloaded Airset file and I get an error because the zipped file contains duplicated file names. Airset creates an extra file with the same name as the file I want to download. When I extract I get the message "There is already a file with the same name as the folder name you specified. Please specify a different name." Perhaps I should send you an example. -
