Who is that file for?
I want to be able to assign files to contacts in the database.
Imagine being able to click an 'attachments' button right from the contact.
Imagine being able to see or click to see all the files that have ever been or need to be done for that contact.
Imagine being able to click a 'upload file' button right from the contact that tags that file to that contact.

Inappropriate?Interesting idea...
Right now, you can add a hyperlink to a file and place that link in the "notes" section of a contact, which will connect that contact to a file.
