Why does Airset allow me to enter an event - and then say "you must be logged in"

This is most annoying - to spend time putting in all the data, only to have it lost because Airset decides I was no longer logged in

Inappropriate?Robert,
Sorry about the frustration - I agree that would be very annoying. Is this happening all the time (each time you try to enter an event) or was it just the once ?
Either way, I will let the Calendar engineer know about the problem and see if there is a better way to handle that situation, like checking your login status before you enter all your data.
Thanks for bringing it to our attention, and let us know if this is not an isolated event. If it is happening often then we'll work to figure out why you are getting logged out. -
I would say it happens about 10% of the time. It is probably when I have not entered data for a long time (some days maybe) - but as you say, you might have thought that the code could detect the fact I wasn't logged in, and not let me enter everything before telling me I can't do it. -
Thanks for the additional detail, Robert. Your login session is generally good for a couple of days. After that you are logged out.
My advice (absent the fix we talked about) would be that if you come back to the browser and it has been more than a day, hit the browser refresh button before you start interacting with AirSet. If you have been logged out, then you will be prompted then to log in again.
