Why is a name appearing in the reminder section of an event that we haven't included as a participant?
When we set up email reminders the addresses of the people to receive the reminder typically appear at the right hand side of the "event". Suddenly, we seem to have a name appearing that we haven't included and should not be receiving the reminder. However, when I go to the event itself the name of this individual is not appearing as a "participant".

I've been trying to reproduce this situation myself, with no success ! I'm a bit baffled as to how this can happen...
Our Calendar expert is out for a few days, but I have sent him an email to see if he has any ideas. Once he gets back to me, I will post any suggestions he may have.
In the meantime, if you can ask Terri if she has modified the event in any way (shared it to another group for example), let us know. Maybe that will provide some clues to the mystery.... -
