Well, totally-not-planted-in-the-audience-man, let me tell you! First, they're made from entirely recyclable materials, so if you ever manage to damage one beyond use (a challenge, let me tell you), you know it's not entirely a waste of energy and resources. Second, they're reusable. You can reuse these things more times than your favorite gym shorts. Just wash them out occassionally (even with a dishwasher), and you're good to go (don't recommend comparison with gym-shorts-in-dish-washer experiments).

Those are basically reasons that they're "green" for the environment. They're a great way to cut down on plastic water bottles!

In addition, as most "green-conscious" people seem to be concerned with natural health, there's some definition cross-over here. These stainless steel water bottles are leech-free, so you won't get any of those allegedly carcinogenic chemicals in your clean, tasty water. Cancer is bad, you know. As are the "reproductive mutations" that we're warned are caused by the same compounds that plastic bottles can release. Kinda scary, if I do say so myself.

So, in short, they're recyclable, reusable, and help decrease your exposure to things that might cause cancer and mutations. I'd make a mutation/zombie joke here, but I just don't have the heart to joke about something that serious.

    I sure hope that helps!
