We at Alphason have decided to create this tool to give everybody an equal chance to ask questions, report a problem or generally to discuss anything in relation with our products and service.

As this forum grows and many questions get answered I'd encourage you to look through existing postings. The intention is to have an open and honest conversation, without corporate spin and baffling jargon. Equally we expect you to post your comments in friendly and suitable fashion. After all, by posting we subscribe to the Company-Customer pact.
