No account deletion

Alumni Archive builds websites for high school alumni associations around the country. I initially created an account for my high school reunion happening this year. For the first six months, I could see the profiles of other folks without any issues. However, it seems now that I can't view any other users unless I subscribe to their service. I refuse to purchase this information and want to delete my account. There's no delete account button and I am awaiting a response to an email complaint. I just ask Alumni Archive to add a delete button, especially when they possess my information.
