can't get to third page of application and need to save what I've finished

After finishing the second page of the application, I tried to go to the third page and it kicked me out. A few days ago I finished the first page, logged out and it saved what I had finished; is that how you save what you've finished? Because earlier I did just that for the second page, but this time it didn't save it!
