    Mac Mini-22 inch HP Monitor Paradox

    I have an 22 in HP monitor. I can't make my mac mini change to a resolution of 1680 x 1050. How can i get mac output this resolution?

    My Mac mini has suddenly decided to go mute! It says it can't find the inbuilt speakers, and hence we have no sound. Any ideas?

    I've finally kicked my old ... very old used up Mac Mini to the streets (sad to see it go) it has been good to me.

    But now I'm moving to a new apt and still need a new player, i'm not sure if Apple TV is a better Choice.

    As i don't watch that much tv (have a dvd player for dvds) but i do like to watch shows from p2p and online services like joost/hulu etc sometimes buy shows like project runway at itunes store.

    for what I've read Apple TV doesn't have a browser? so i can't install Joost or logon to Hulu? then what about Itune shows , how does that work?

    Need some advice

    How much memory do I need to get if I buy a mac mini? Last reply on March 13, 2008 21:25.

    I'm a mac newbie, and I'm considering buying a refurbished mac mini for my kid. Most of what he will want to do on it will be web browsing, word processing, and iMovie. I'll probably want to stuck my music collection on it, since it will be in the family room.

    How much memory will I need? Can I get away with 512 MB, or do I need to go up to 1 GB for reasonable performance?
