I received a apple nano ipod and a $25 itunes gift card when I moved into my new apartment. I followed the instructons on the card to load music, videos, etc and the money was supposed to be taken off the card. Well, I received my bank statement today and it shows two withdrawells from itunes from my account. I am very upset about this. What should I do?

Inappropriate?Chances are you unintentionally debited your own account when you set up your itunes account and started loading your music. Apple will not refund your money-they are pretty consistent with their policies
Hopefully you still have the card. Open your itunes>itunes store>Under quick links on the righthand side click on "redeem" and it will ask for the card number on the back.
