Apple should pre-install iWork on all new Mac's.
As Apple position the Mac as a 'do everything out of the box' solution with iLife pre-installed on every new Mac, I feel that iWork should also be pre-installed too. Having iWork comes with new Mac's as standard would benefit a lot of people, and help those thinking of switching to Mac to justify the generally higher price of Mac hardware when compared to PC's.
It would also give Apple a distinct advantage in marketing Mac's as a product where you don't need to buy additional items, unlike a PC where you generally need a anti-virus and office package as-well.
I believe it would also help to calm potential 'switchers' fear regarding compatibility of their existing files.
