AppleTV incorrectly displaying photos from Photoshop Elements

I use Photoshop Elements 5 to organize my pictures and then display them on Apple TV. With a recent upgrade of Apple TV software, some pictures are inverted, not being displayed correctly, even though they are correctly positioned (landscape or portrait) in Photoshop elements and even in the Apple TV thumbnails. Is there a solution other than a bug fix by Apple?
