ARGH! How do I undo the duplicates created by syncing my Contacts?
OH NO, DUPLICATES! I made the mistake of checking the box to Sync Contacts with Outlook, while I am on a corporate account connected via Exchange Server (iPhone. It already synced with the exchange server so it duplicated every entry in my contacts list, and unchecking the Sync Contacts button did not remove them! Any help in a one-swipe to remove them or do I have to go through and delete 177 entries one by one?

Inappropriate? In iTunes, go to the Info tab and scroll all the way down. You will see Advanced and select Contacts. On your next sync, this will override every contact that you have in Outlook onto your iPhone.
I you also have duplicates in Outlook, I suggest purchasing and using Mapi Labs Duplicates Remover for Outlook: http://www.mapilab.com/outlook/remove...
It works well for me. After get of the dupes in Outlook, then repeat the first stop above. -
Inappropriate? Is this answer incomplete? I don't have an Info tab in iTunes on either my desktop (Windows, sorry) or on my iPhone. I even looked under Edit -> Preferences, but no Info tab there either. Please provide more detailed instructions.
