better integration with getsatisfaction

I love getsatisfaction, and it's so good when the company soley uses it - like Spotify do.

I reckon Apple should do this. This would be really good as it's really customer friendly, and bugs would get fixed - or helped much quicker than their support forums, ideas would be shared and given feedback better.

I think Apple should use the get satisfaction API to improve their 'feedback' scheme, and should have a 'bug report' on their apps too.
