Can't access iTunes Shopping Cart?
I constantly get the following error message:
"We could not complete your iTunes store request. An unknown error occurred (5002). There was an error in the iTunes store. Please try again later".

Inappropriate?Apple tech support cleared my shopping cart and now I can access it again. She said I probably had too many items in it which may be correct, since I was using it to store my choices for possible future purchase.

Inappropriate?I'm so glad you're not having this problem. I've had similar problems, and they did seem to clear up, but it is really frustrating to get error messages that don't make sense. Just number errors isn't that helpful.

I had no idea that Apple had a limit on how much could be stored in our shopping carts. At least that's the reason tech support gave me for the problem. Incidentally, I hope I didn't speak too soon when I said I could access my cart. While that's correct, I haven' tried actually using it since the problem was "corrected".
