can't connect to the internet using Sierra Wireless Watcher/AT&T card
ack, help! I've had this laptop (MacBook) since June and when I got it I also got an AT&T wireless USB device that I use most of the time. And it has worked until today.
When I open up Sierra Wireless Watcher and click connect, it hangs for a minute and then says 'disconnecting', then 'could not negotiate a connection with the remote PPP server, check your settings and try again'.
I've tried several different things in network preferences, I've verified disk, restarted and even used Onyx to clean things out, it did nothing to help the situation.
What should I do?

Inappropriate?call apple. really, my internet wouldn't work for a time too and I called apple and I solved the problem with them on the phone.
But maybe it's not your laptop but AT&T? -
Inappropriate?Got on Bing.com looked up Sierra Watcher and downloaded updated driver version for my specific aircard and Mac OS. There is newer version 2.0.18 but 2.0.6 worked best. Also works a little differently than before, you may have to have aircard installed first and use new icon.
