Finder should 'Arrange by: Name' by default.

One thing that bugs me when setting up a new Mac is that in Finder, when you go into 'View Options' menu in Icon View, the setting for 'Arrange by' is set to 'none'. This means that files in the Finder don't snap to a grid or organise in any way.

I think a lot of users would find it easier to have files organised by name when in icon view be default.
