front row has just suddenly stopped working..

hi, i had some trouble with my itunes store and think i must have done something to my front row by trying to fix the problem, because now front row is not synced up with my itunes...it still is with my iphoto but don't have any music or movies.
Is there something really basic that i am missing that "turns on" my front row again?!
