How do I file a complaint against an Apple corporate employee?

How do I file a complaint regarding an Apple corporate employee? I called a Cupertino number and they told me they would forward my request to the supervisor of this employee, but they would not give me the name of the supervisor. I am stillllll waiting for that supervisor to contact me. This is an Apple employee who demonstrated incredibly inappropriate behavior at a public event. I really need to know how to get someone's attention at APple. What I observed was off the hook unacceptable.
