How do I get Apple TV to sync with a restored iTunes library?
I recently restored my iTunes library to a new PC (the old PC died on me). I want my existing Apple TV to sync with the restored library without wiping my Apple TV. I have movies/music which I bought on the Apple TV which I do not want to lose. Is there a setting I can change so that Apple TV sees the new PC as the same old library that it used to sync with?

Inappropriate?Tim, did you find a solution? My understanding is if I unsync my Apple TV, it'll delete everything that was synced with my old pc. So the new files I've bought on the Apple TV should be fine. But I'd really like to avoid resyncing my entire restored library from my new pc. -
Inappropriate?Afraid not. I ended up having to go back to Apple to ask them reauthorise the download of all the files that I had bought before. So it was a painful recovery.
