How do I reset or locate Apple Mail Password?
I don't remember my password for apple mail. I stopped my MobileMe account. Could that be the problem? My computer always "remembered" the password previously.
Have not been able to locate anyone to talk to or email at Apple.

Else try this:
> Open Keychain Access.app ( /Applications/Utilities/Keychain Access.app ).
> Scroll through the list or type the name of the app or
account in the search box. (you should find it pretty easy)
> Double click it and check the box that says, "Show Password."
> You'll be asked for your system wide password.
> Your forgotten password for your mail account should be displayed.

Inappropriate?Jeannie, if you're still looking for Keychain Access, you can simply do a spotlight search for its name and it will appear.
