Incorrect date and time after sync'ing (sometimes)
When syncing my ipod touch (2nd gen), the date on the ipod is sometimes changed to a previous date. The workaround is to restart itunes and sync again. This seems like a serious bug. Is there a fix or better work-around? (This is not a time-zone issue -- the date is set to a previous date and both the date and time appear to be random.

Inappropriate? When I called Apple about the same issue I had, they told me to restore the factory settings. They were helpful, but that doesn't matter if they sell a buggy product, anyway. Since I did that, I haven't had that issue. Try that, hope it works...
I’m pissed at Apple

Inappropriate? The only solution I've heard is to shut down your iPod completely and exit iTunes before connecting to your computer. Let iTunes autostart and your iPod turn on on it's own. Frustrating apple hasn't fixed this in any updates.
I’m frustrated

Inappropriate?Well this is my first Apple product and because the fact that they haven't addressed this issue in what looks like over two years - likely to be my last! I paid a lot of money for this Touch and rely on the extra functions such as email etc which is why I bought it to start with. All I see online are Apple fans slagging off Windows products - yet Apple can't even be bothered to fix this bug. I think Apple followers need to stop throwing stones in what is clearly a very well decorated glass house!
I’m angry I spent this amount of money on a product with this type of bug.
