iTunes Error 4261 - Cancelled "burn"

iTunes Error 4261. I have been having this problem for some time now. I had no problem burning CD's with iTunes until I downloaded the last update 7.6.2. Now the error 4261 appears after ruining several CD's. The playlist starts to burn then shuts down with the noted error number. I have looked at every blog/discussion I can find. It appears that Apple is not responding to this problem in any of the blogs/discussions and "John" left a detailed question 6 months ago with no response. Any assistance would be appreciated.
