iTunes should let you chose which audiobooks to sync
iTunes should let you chose which specific audiobooks to sync to iPod/iPhone, rather than have to make a playlist for the ones you want to sync.

Inappropriate?You can do this by clicking on your iPod in the left pane of iTunes, then checking the "Sync only checked songs and videos" box.
Uncheck all your audiobooks (on the Mac you can Command-Click on the checkbox next to your books if you want to uncheck them all at once-- there's probably a similar shortcut in Windows)-- after that, simply check the Audiobooks that you'd like to sync.
This is how I've been doing it for years. Hope that helps.1 Comment

Inappropriate?That's a good idea, but it's only really for one person, which doesn't work when a few people share an iTunes library, each with their own tastes. It's a good idea though if your the only one using the library.
