MagSafe power adapter fried
Are the MagSafe power adapters covered under the AppleCare Protection Plan? Ours just fried after a power surge (luckily the computer didn't fry) and no longer works. We've only had it for 1.5 years. The other thing is that we're living in Spain at the moment but we bought the MacBook and the MagSafe in the US before we moved here...will there be a problem?

Inappropriate?If your MagSafe power adapter is the one that came with your Macbook, then it is covered under your AppleCare plan. I don't think you'll have a problem getting a replacement in Spain, but if you do, try calling AppleCare.
