Making international calls on iphone
I've been trying to make calls to the UK, but can't figure out how to get the + sign to show up before the 44. Its on the 0 key, but doesn't seem to want to work for me. Can anyone tip me off to how I get the + sign inserted? Thanks.

Inappropriate?Have you tried just dialing 011 before the number, instead of +? The plus just indicates your country's international dialing code, which in the US is 011. In many other countries, it's 00.

Inappropriate?I myself just tried the 011 and it worked for me. I've been wondering the same thing and am happy to finally have a solution. Thanks!

Inappropriate?Hi there,
All good, but how do you type a '+' sign when you want to send an international SMS?!
Silly enough I see on my iPhone that holding the Zero key when typing the number in a new SMS screen opens a submenu with some options only that '+' is not one of them...
Strange...
Ideas? :-)
I’m confused

Inappropriate? There is a bunch of applications which make international calling a lot easier using analogs of calling cards. One of them from 3longdistance. You can also sign up for short free trial to try service.
I’m confident
