Mass email deletion on iPhone email??!!
Don't get me wrong, I'm completely happy with my sleek little device. It's probably the best thing that's happened to me since I learned how to make a sandwhich. But... there is no mass deletion in email. And this "deleteone at a time" thing is crap especially when it's loading everything off gmail/yahoo onto the phone and I don't want it there. So now I have to go delete hundreds of emails and then delete them out of the trash. There may be a faster fix for this but I haven't visited forums to find out. It's annoying though. Is there a better fix for this?

Inappropriate?Same problem here -- hate it! It's not so bad with Gmail, because I can do mass deletes on my laptop, but not with my POP account because they continue to show up in both places.

Inappropriate?Fear not, as mass email deletion is coming in the next software update (2.0) in June, in the meantime, I'm wondering why you're bothering to delete email out of the trash, as both Yahoo! and Gmail have practically unlimited storage for mail, and the iPhone can be set to automatically purge it after a period of time (Settings, Mail, the account you want, Advanced, Remove).
