MM does not live up to it's promise!
Hi, I just signed up for this forum because.. well.. I want satisfaction! I am one of the paying MM users, not getting what I was promised (or IMHO what I should expect to get).
So recently (read at least 3 weeks ago), I sent customer support a message:
As you probably can guess, no answer yet!
My MM expires in 92 days.. I will not pay for another year the way things are right now, this ***** because I will have to e-mail everybody in my addressbook they can reach me on GMail from then on and that MM is a piece of ****.... (Excuse my language..)
So recently (read at least 3 weeks ago), I sent customer support a message:

Recently i have been having a lot of issues with MobileMe and/or my iPhone.
- Mail sometimes pushed to my iPhone, sometimes it isn't. Really annoying cannot depend on this! Please fix it!
- I use the MobileMe e-mail web app a lot at work. There is something seriously wrong with the app! Don't act like you don't know about it or didn't ever hear about it before there quite a few complaints and really no answers on the discussions forum under MobileMe.
Anyway a short summary:
- every time i check my mail the page reloads (why??), fails doing so a lot too(!)
- When composing a new e-mail i get errors all the time: "connection to mobile me lost". I have to copy paste my message to a new message (come on the year is 2009!)
- today the button links to Mail, Adresses, Calendar etc. are not showing
- and last but not least i would expect a modern webmail app to at least fetch the mail every now and then especially since Apple dares to use the word push when advertising MobileMe!
- Last item: what's with the slow throughput for idisk (and downloading of attachments etc.) again the year is 2009, we all have DSL these days.
Can you please at least explain to me why all this is not working? Last time i sent a complaint i got no reply whatsoever. If that's the case this time i'm giving up on MM, i'm not going to pay another 79 euros for something that's of beta software quality! Sorry for that but that's how i see it!
