Not my charge
My credit card had $100 twice added on 5/3/08 and one $100 credit made on 5/5/08, making a total of $100 billed for APL *ITUNES. What is this charge for??? I have NOT done anything with iTUNES in May.... I have no intention of paying bills I have not generated.

Inappropriate?The same thing happened to me. Four charges of $41 were posted to my account. Apple refused to investigate the issue until they were contacted by my bank. The charges are still on my account after three weeks.

Inappropriate?they did this to me too! HORRIBLE customer service!! i have never had an itunes account and now i never will. they were extremely rude and even though they have information they could use to track the thieves, and they know the charges to my account were fraudulent, they do NOTHING about it. where are the apple employees on this forum? they don't care. they need to PAY for this negligence! we should all get together and sue them for the great inconvenience this has caused to so many, and their flippant response to people who have had their checking accounts cleaned out. i wonder if this is an inside job. this has been going on for a while and they act like nothing's happening. JERKS!!
