overcharged on my bank account

MY granddaughter accidentally purchased itunes and charged my bank account $499.00 plus $125 for non-sufficnet funds totally $624.00. Since my granddaughter is only 7 years old and did not know what she was doing, and did not have my permission,I would like a full refund back into my account at Bank Midwest, St. Louis, Mo.
