Podcasts Won't Sync in iTunes 8.2.1 on OS X 10.5.8

For a little more than a week, itunes has been failing to update any podcasts. I just get the little gray "!" icon. All of the sudden it synched for one day on the 13th of august, but now it's back to its same old problem. I tried posting on the official Apple iTunes forum a week ago, but to no avail.

I appreciate the help, this really stinks.
