Recurring appointments are duplicated to previous day with Monrovia Casablanca time zone

Recurring appointments are changed to the incorrect time zone (Monrovia, Casablanca) which duplicates the appointment/birthday/anniversay on the day before the correct time zone (Pacific) in addition to the correct date. iPhone 8GB, 2.2, and Outlook 2007 using wireless syncing with Exchange ActiveSync.
