Refund of money from iTunes to my bank account

I received 11 plus items on my bank statement that was charged from Itunes. I didn't authorized or give permission to anyone. The total is $499.00 plus the bank charged me $125.00 for non-sufficient funds. How can I get my money back??????????????????? Plus I don't even own an iPod. Thank you, Karen There is nothing broken!!!!!!!!!!!!
