Unable to submit podcast - We experienced a timeout connecting to this feed at this time. Read timed out

I am unable to submit our podcast to the iTunes podcast directory.

When I submit our podcast http://www.aafp.org/online/en/home/pu...

I get the error below.
We experienced a timeout connecting to this feed at this time. Read timed out

I've tried from multiple computers in multiple locations using various versions of iTunes (Mac and PC).

I've been in touch with iTunes support (level 1 and 2) and they say there is a problem at our server, I don't have any issues getting our podcast when I manually enter it in iTunes.
