Very positive in-store experience in Palo Alto

My wife and I traded T-Mobile for AT&T last night at the Palo Alto Apple store with no waiting or hassle.

What I really want to point out is the person--sorry, her name escapes me--who stuck on our screen protectors. She is really, really good. She took her time and got it exactly right ... this is a small thing, but more than enough to keep us coming back.
