What a great apple day!
I had the best customer service experience today at the apple store in cambridge massachusetts at the cambridgeside galleria! I went in with a mac book that would not start! low and behold the hard drive was dead. when I found this out I was getting ready to come up with money that I did not have. The man Jeff at the Genius Bar said that while I did not have Apple Care, the hard drive was covered. So I thought I would need to leave it there and pick up the computer next week. Nope. In less than 2 hours they had replaced my keyboard plate and given me a bigger hard drive all for free! Wow. Then I went home and was setting up my new iPod and I called the customer support for how to set up my iPod and they not only answered my questions but sent me articles so I could learn more later. What a great day with apple.
